How do I get help or send feedback?

Who is behind Platologica?
Platologica is an independent studio run by one person. That means every email gets a reply from the person who builds the apps. There's more at cbounta.com.
How does Platologica handle my data?
Our apps keep your content on your device and in your own private iCloud. There are no ads, and the usage data we collect is anonymized and cannot be traced back to you. The full details, including the third-party services involved, are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Your content lives on your device and in your own private iCloud, so removing an app removes its local data. For a data-deletion request or any privacy question, email privacy@platologica.com.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds rather than us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong with the app itself, email us first and we'll try to put it right.
